Join us for our Flower Farmers’ Big Weekend Open Day. The flower farm is not normally open to the public so this is an opportunity to find out where, how and why we grow seasonal, sustainable British blooms. Walk around the flower field, talk to us about what we do, enjoy family games and flowery activities, soak up the atmosphere and enjoy sumptuous home-made cream teas served throughout the afternoon.
Flowers for sale. Raffle and cream teas to raise funds for Long Marton parish church, understood to be the second oldest church in Cumbria and understandably in need of a little TLC. Wet weather cover available.
Long Marton is signposted from the A66. In the centre of the village turn left at the red phonebox into Steven’s Gate. At the far end, follow parking signs on arrival. Please park considerately and car share where possible. Disabled parking only is available in the flower field: take the right fork between Hawthorn Cottage and the school, past the houses turn left into the field gate
