Galloway Flowers

If you’ve ever wondered how we grow so many gorgeous flowers here in South West Scotland, this is your chance to take a peek behind the scenes.

On Saturday 17th & Sunday 18th August, we’ll be welcoming visitors through the garden gate for short tours. The Galloway Flowers Farm isn’t normally open to visitors & booking is essential.

Rosie Gray, Artisan Flower Farmer & Florist will show you around the Cutting beds, introducing her favourite plants for cutting. She’ll share tips on how to grow them without using harsh chemicals. She’ll demonstrate how flowers are cut & prepared for maximum life in our customer’s vases. You’ll see for yourself how the flowers grow healthily & support a buzzing community of bees, insects & birds.

The Tour includes;

  • Tea/Coffee & Cake after the tour (included in ticket)
  • Exhibition by award winning Landscape Photographer Ken Leslie
  • Flowers for sale to take home with you.

Paths can be uneven so sturdy footwear recommended.

In the stunning, wildlife-rich UNESCO recognised Galloway & Southern Ayrshire Biosphere.
